Built in 2001 by Quadrant Commercial Division for Weyerhaeuser’s occupancy, the Sanctuary Buildings were occupied entirely by Weyerhaeuser until recently, providing the opportunity for new tenants to occupy these four modern office buildings on over 10 acres of land.

The Heron, Talon, Falcon, and Osprey Buildings are located in a natural park like campus atmosphere in Federal Way’s East Campus market. Findability – All four buildings are extremely easy to find. For employees and guests, directions are simple, from I-5 or 167, take the Highway 18 exit followed by the Weyerhaeuser Way South exit, head north and it is your first right, less than ¼ mile from the off ramp.
